At DobroSKILLS, our mission has always been simple: prepare everyday people to respond with confidence when an emergency happens. To support that mission, we’ve recently invested in new training equipment designed to create more realistic scenarios and help students achieve better learning outcomes.

Inclusive CPR Training With Female Manikins

Real emergencies don’t look one way—and CPR training shouldn’t either. Female CPR manikins are now incorporated into all CPR programs alongside male manikins. This allows students to practice proper hand placement, technique, and confidence across more realistic body types, better preparing them for real-world situations.
More Realistic Bleeding Control Scenarios

Severe bleeding requires fast, decisive action. To improve hands-on training, artificial limbs are now used to simulate realistic bleeding injuries. Students practice:
Direct pressure techniques
Proper tourniquet application
Decision-making under stress
These tools provide a more accurate portrayal of traumatic injuries and reinforce life-saving skills that matter in critical moments.
Upgraded Manikins for Advanced Feedback for BLS Classes

Three training manikins have been upgraded to the Prestan Series 2000, providing enhanced real-time feedback including:
Accurate Chest Compression Fraction (CCF)
Improved ventilation and oxygen output measurements
These upgraded manikins are now used in BLS and more advanced courses, allowing students to see, feel, and correct their performance during training—not after an emergency.
Training That Reflects Reality
Every equipment upgrade at DobroSKILLS serves one purpose: helping students be ready when it matters most. By combining modern technology, inclusive training tools, and realistic scenarios, we continue to raise the standard for CPR and First Aid education in our community.
Because being ready today can save a life tomorrow.
