How does private onsite First Aid & CPR training work?
We bring a certified American Red Cross instructor and all required training equipment directly to your location. Your team completes the training together at a time that fits your schedule.
What courses can be included in a private group training?
Private onsite training can be customized to your organization’s needs and may include:
• Adult, Child & Infant CPR
• First Aid and AED courses
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
• Wilderness & Remote First Aid
• Babysitter Training
Optional First Aid booster modules can also be added, such as:
• Anaphylaxis recognition and epinephrine administration
• Opioid overdose recognition and naloxone administration
• Bloodborne Pathogens training
• Stop Life-Threatening Bleeding, including tourniquet use
We’ll help you select the right combination of courses and modules based on your team, environment, and risk factors.
How long does a private class take?
Most private onsite First Aid & CPR classes last 2–5 hours, depending on the courses selected and the size of your group. Blended Learning Classes have a self paced online pre-course work that can take up to 3. 5 hours long.
Do participants receive certification?
Yes. Participants who successfully complete the course receive a digital American Red Cross certification, valid for two years. Administrators will get a PDF file of all certificates. All certificates can be found on the Red Cross Website.
Is there a minimum group size or group pricing?
A minimum group size of 5 participants is required to schedule a private training. Group pricing and discounts are available, making private training a cost-effective option for teams and organizations.
