Skill Boost Add Ons

Extend your training with American Red Cross Skill Boosts from DobroSKILLS. Post-course, hands-on practice covering asthma care with epinephrine administration and bleeding control with tourniquets. Skill Boost classes are about one hour long. 

Participants must be certified in First Aid and/or CPR or enrolled in an equivalent American Red Cross course to take this skill boost.

Life-Threatening Bleeding and Tourniquet Application

Can I sign up for a Skill Boost not associated with my class?

As long as you are certified in First Aid and/or CPR you can take this course. Please note the day, time and location of the skill boost class.

Is Anaphylaxis and Epinephrine Administration covered in the base First Aid/CPR/AED Course?

In the Blended Learning First Aid/CPR/AED r.25 courses we teach, general care with signs and symptoms are covered in the online portion. Hands on practice with a variety of auto-injectors and nasal spray is done in the Skill Booster Class.

Can I sign up for a Skill Booster later?

You can sign up at a later time but space is limited and is open to past DobroSKILL's students. To sign up you can come back to the the website or look out for your email reminder.
