Service Description

The Adult & Pediatric First Aid/ CPR/AED class focuses on skills helping adults, children and infants. The purpose of the courses in the First Aid/CPR/AED program is to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies to know how to care for a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. This class is a Blended Learning Class which gives students the ability to do most of the training online then attend an in-person session to test their skills. A Blended Learning (BL) Class gives students the ability to do most of the training online then attend an in-person session to test their skills. The online portion can range from 30 minutes to 3 hours long depending on technology limitations and familiarity with the skills. The in-person session is typically 2 hours and 30 minutes long. Participants will receive a training link in an email after they booked a class. Participants must have online portion completed before coming into scheduled in-person session. Certificate is valid for two years and will be issued in about one business day after the in-person class is completed via e-mail .
